Our CNC shop, setup in 1994 with a single Vertical Machining Center (VMC), has now expanded to include three VMCs and a CNC Turning Center. Following are their detailed technical specifications:

2. CONVENTIONAL Machining: While CNC machines can do everything a manual machine can and of course with greater efficiency, the cost economy and ease of use afforded by conventional machines when machining small batches are the prime reasons we maintain a conventional machine shop. 3. CAD-CAM:Our CAD-CAM stations equipped with cutting edge software from Delcam Plc. enable us to seamlessly integrate component modeling and manufacturing. Our associates, experienced in the science of CAD-CAM, understand the importance of keeping CNC machining time low and therefore try multiple tool path strategies before zeroing in on the optimum strategy.

In order to minimize interruptions and to reduce bottlenecks in the crucial designing and manufacturing processes, we have tied-up with local CAD-CAM service providers. These experts provide us the necessary modeling and NC code generation services in case our in-house CAD-CAM system breaks down or cannot be operated for some reason.
