| Our special capability in four axis machining
has successfully enabled us to: |
| o Accurately machine intricate cylindrical
cam profiles on materials as hard as EN-41B
(Hardness: 24 HRC). |

| o Drill over five thousand holes of 2 mm
dia. in materials as hard as Stainless Steel
410 (Hardness: 32-35 HRC). |

| o Cut precision groove profiles on cylindrical
cutters. |
 |
| |
| o Drill over 8000 holes of dia. 0.9 mm in
a honed Mild Steel shell. |

| |

| Please note that although we can completely
design molds, at present, our manufacturing
capability is limited to the machining of
the mold i.e. we do not carry out assembly
and testing of the complete molds at our site.

| Pre-machined Blanks:
Our conventional machines are used to deliver
material ready for finish machining. Besides
reducing the need for additional jigs and
fixtures as well as simplifying clamping,
pre-machining also ensures that finish machining
time is reduced to the minimum. |

| Components as large
as 1020 mm (40.15 inch) long, 560 mm (22.04
inch) wide, and 560 mm (22.04 inch) in height
can be machined on our CNC milling machines,
while our CNC turning center can accommodate
components 500 mm (19.67 inch) long and
300 mm (11.81 inch) in dia. Tolerances as
close as 0.003 mm (3 micron) can be achieved
on our CNC machines. |
