To enable us consistently
achieve good quality we collect objective
data throughout the manufacturing process
- pre-process, in-process and post-process
inspection reports are made and the data
is analyzed. In the past this data analysis
has helped us improve quality and better
our processes besides helping us achieve
greater economy of material, machine time,
and labor.

In order to monitor quality
we have invested significant resources,
such as our 300 sq.ft. inspection area.
